Testimonials

It has been said that to heal from a chronic condition, one has to “heal their whole life”.  Suzy Ward is a shining, living example of someone who, out of her own challenges, has risen to a higher call, and practices being consciously fit - on all levels.

In Thou Shalt Not Weigh Thyself, Suzy offers an immensely inspiring guide for easily achieving a brand new level of fitness using a rebounder - which I have recommended for 30 years! More importantly, she teaches you how to practice loving yourself through conscious acts of exercise and nutrition. I highly recommend you jump into health, break open the book, and get bouncing!

I love this book! The nexus of exercise with spirituality is genius. It was said by one of the great healing masters that “Life begins and ends with the fascia”. (Fascia is the fibrous membrane covering, supporting, and separating the muscles, and connecting them to the skin). Suzy’s book explains and utilizes the efficacy of fascial flushing. Life flows through the body, all parts of the body, when the fascial networks are clean, clear, and organized. This book will help the disciplined person to enjoyably remove nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic interference that typically clouds the communication between body, mind, and spirit.

Dear Suzy,
Thank you so much for writing this book, “Thou Shalt Not Weigh thyself”. I loved it the
first time and am on my second reading. I found it very tending and uplifting. My
rebounder should arrive in two to three days. I can hardly wait to start. I called my mom,
and old friend of yours. I was raving about the beauty of your book. She said she could
understand the book being that wonderful, especially with you and Kuthumi together.
She plans on ordering one for herself. Again, thank you so much for the book. I am a
chronic dieter and have struggled for this entire lifetime. I now weigh a whopping 232#
and am 5ʼ5”. I know I need to do something positive for myself. My body is out of
balance and I have been looking for help recovering the body balance. Your book is a
blessing!

Hey Suzy,
Thank you so much for your glorious book. I read it as soon as it arrived and it is just
wonderful. I got a rebounder and have started. I couldnʼt believe what a great work out it
is. I couldnʼt do more than five minutes to begin with, yeah really unfit. But it is building.
May I feature you and your book in my newsletter? Thank you again!

Hello suzy,
Your beautiful book has arrived! Yesterday I read through it and I started jumping. I have
to tell you that I am skinny, as you are, and my need is to clean my lymphatic system
because I feel exhausted and my immune system has declined. While reading some of
your comments Iʼve learned that this must be the cause of my fatigue and my lack of
energy. Your message encourages me to go on and love my body as a beautiful and
magnificent vehicle to feel alive now. This morning I started my journey with jumping
smoothly. Iʼve made the decision to enjoy it daily. I now jump every morning on my
terrace because I live in a small studio and from my terrace I look at the sky and I feel
like I could jump without limitations. For the moment I do it for 12 to 25 minutes and I
enjoy it more and more. The energy you share through the book makes you willing to do
exercise and to give love to your body!!! We need more than ever for our body to be at
its best. It is time for us to live fully our passion. Thank you so much for your Presence
and your Gifts!

Much love, M from Belgium

I have read many self help books, and I have gone through dozens of diet pills, xercise groups, and self denial for years. If I had been introduced to Suzy Ward before going down that path, I would be a stronger, healthier, more self assured human being today. That being said, I believe Suzy was placed on my path to show me it is never too late to love your body, and love yourself. Thou Shalt Not Weigh Thyself is both humorous and inspirational. This book inspires you to exercise your body, to feed your body nutritiously, and give yourself permission to do it "your way". Without preconceptions of how one should take care of self, but gives joy in its expression of loving yourself. The book is uplifting, helping you not to fall victim to other peoples judgements and what you should or should not do. It inspires you to take control of yourself and let Spirit be your guide to what is
right for you. I love the phrase "just for the health of it". I am proud to know Suzy as a neighbor and friend. She is filled with exuberance for life. With the gently guided instructions of this book, I know I too can love myself in a whole new way, "just for the health of it".
